I love food. Food is a basic necessity for life. Food like most things, can be both good and bad, depending on how it is used. Some say you should “eat to live, not live to eat.” There may be a little truth to this, but there is no problem enjoying good food. There is not even a problem with enjoying bad food once in a while. Like most things in life - everything in moderation. I do think the path to health and wellness starts with proper nutrition. Exercise is obviously important, but you cannot exercise away a poor diet. There are many different nutritional plans out there. I do not think there is one better than another. You need to do your research, find what works best for you, and stick with it. I have researched and tried several options and have found what works for me.
